The real bouquet was at least as spectacular as the catalogue pic. Perfect for a birthday surprise. The staff were also very friendly, patient, and efficient. I couldn't be more happy, and will CERTAINLY be calling Irvine Village Flowers next time I need to send flowers in the area.

I live out of state but wanted to send flowers to my sister for her 50th. I found Irvine village and they did not disappoint. The bouquet was the envy of all the other employees with large, fragrant stargazer Lilys and beautiful roses. So spectacular!

I called while online at their website. The person, whom I spoke with, was super professional, friendly and happy. She answered every question that I had. She didn't know it when we spoke but I'm located in Northern California (SF East Bay Area) and ordering a birthday arrangement for my daughter who resides in Irvine. I wanted everything to be perfect. After speaking with her, I placed my order online. After placing the online order, I called back to confirm. While I was apprehensive that she might be annoyed, she was the same super happy person whom I spoken with earlier. She assured me that everything will be taking care of. I realize that the actual arrangement is often different from the website image. However, the arrangement that they made exceeded the website image. I know because my excited & happy daughter sent me a photo of it. Thank you for making my daughter's birthday even more special!!
