Just lovely!! Our friend was overwhelmed to receive this beautiful arrangement. She called right away to tell us how much she loved it and how much she appreciated receiving these stunning flowers at her office. You can always count on Irvine Village Flowers!

I am a return customer and had purchased this arrangement before but at their old location. This order was placed at their newer Alton Pkwy location. They didn't disappoint me before and they did not this time.

I called to confirm that there would be no major substitutions. Lilly checked, assured me that they had all the flowers needed. She mentioned one change. Instead of a plastic container they're using a glass container. For me, glass is more sustainable (recyclable) than plastic. So, that was good.

She texted me a picture when they completed the arrangement and emailed me an update when it was delivered.

I sent the arrangement to my daughter to reassure her and to cheer her up. This arrangement did exactly that and more!

The only downside was a $20 surcharge for "Timed Delivery". There was already a delivery charge. I wasn't told that there would be an additional delivery charge.
This store closed at noon on Saturday. So, when Lilly asked me when I wanted the arrangement delivered, I told her before they closed at noon. I didn't realize that this would result in an additional delivery charge. Other than this, I am super happy with the arrangement that Lilly made and the great service that she provided!

The flowers were delivered on time and somewhat similar to the pic. There definitely weren’t as many flowers as the pic displayed and for $85 I would have expected the same amount. It seems this is common for flower deliveries.
